Meet the the International Hospitality Management Team at Oxford Brookes
Our team is comprised of five final years students of the Hospitality course at Oxford Brookes.
As part of our final year project we are tasked with creating, designing, planning and implementing a one night event.
The development stages of our event are pitched to the Brookes restaurant team to ensure we live up to the high standard in order to ensure the best possible Italian night.
